Towns with Markets near to Willersey

Below are the days of local towns market days.



Moreton-in-Marsh Market (mixed produce/clothes/hardware etc.)
Every Tuesday       (Nov-Mar) 9am – 3pm       (Apr-Oct) 9am – 3.30pm
A farmer's and craft market is also held regularly on the first Sunday of the month, running from 9.30 to 2pm in the High Street.
A nationally famous and internationally acclaimed traditional town centre market, situated in main street of the Cotswold town of Moreton-in-Marsh – said by many to be most stunning market location in England. The market itself is a modern event, established in 1976 by virtue of market charter granted in 1629, and benefits from very busy local trade.

Stratford Farmer's Market is held on the first and third Saturdays of the month 9am - 2pm Every Friday. 9am to 4pm there is also a traditional retail market offering a variety of goods and foods. There is also an antique market & a traditional retail market, every 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month 9am to 5pm.

Stow on the Wold Farmer's Market is normally held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9am until 1:30pm.

Chipping Norton Farmer's Market is held on the 3rd Saturday of each month 8:30 to 1:00pm and a Country market in the Town Hall every Saturday morning.
There is a general market every Wednesday.

Every Saturday in Market Place Evesham, browse the Saturday Charter market with its varied stalls. It was a Minister from All Saint's Church, Dr Lewis Bailey, who persuaded King James I to grant Evesham a charter in 1603. Through time, this evolved into the weekly Saturday Charter Market operated by Evesham Town Council. In 2010 the management of the Market was taken over by a local trader Mr Joseph Jones although the Town Council still holds the market rights.

Evesham Farmer's market takes place in the High Street on the last Friday of every month.

Chipping Campden Market is a market of crafts, gifts, cakes, clothes and other goods held once a month in the Town Hall, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire. Many of the goods on sale are handmade by our stallholders. Markets are held on the second Saturday of each month from March to November between 10:00 am and 5:00pm. Each quarter, the markets are held over Saturday and Sunday. There is a special evening Christmas Market at the beginning of December.


Local walks with the Cotswold Voluntary Wardens

 We welcome guide and hearing dogs but sorry, others are not allowed.
Please wear appropriate footwear as some walks may be steep and muddy in places.
MODERATE - includes some hills and rough ground.
STRENUOUS – may be rough underfoot and ascents and descents may be steep.
Walks are free although we do invite donations to help fund our conservation and improvement work.

HEARING AID CLINICS (No appointment necessary)
DO YOU WEAR NHS HEARING AIDS?

Did you know the tubes on your hearing aids should be changed every 3 or 4 months to make them work more effectively? In order to maintain your NHS hearing aids a member of staff from GLOUCESTERSHIRE DEAF ASSOCIATION 01452 372999 will be running a MONTHLY hearing aid clinic to clean and re-tube NHS hearing aids and to give out batteries. There is NO charge for this service. Please bring your NHS brown hearing aid book with you.

Also in attendance will be your VILLAGE AND COMMUNITY AGENT or a BROMFORD SUPPORT WORKER providing information and access to other services that maybe of interest. More importantly they will also provide free tea and coffee!
Sessions are as follows:
Starting on MONDAY 7 MARCH 2016 and thereafter the FIRST MONDAY of each month (not Bank Holiday Mondays)
10.30am - 12.30pm Badgers Field Community Hall in Chipping Campden
1.30pm - 3pm The Leasows Community Hall in Mickleton.
